GED upload error every time I upload

I am trying to update my GED file and for over a month, it keeps giving me this error message:

Error: There is already a file waiting to be processed in the queue.

Please wait till that file is processed and you have received an email notification. It can take upto 24 hrs from submission to process a GEDCOM file

I haven't had any problems in the past but now I do. I have waited over a week and tried it and still get the same message. How can we fix this issue?

The previously uploaded GEDCOM on May 15 failed to import. Hence the system is not letting you upload a new one. We are looking into what went wrong with that file.

The previously uploaded GEDCOM on May 15 failed to import. Hence the system is not letting you upload a new one. We are looking into what went wrong with that file.

Thank you. If you find it necessary to delete the last uploaded file, I have another to take its place.
