Source Citations

I am getting messages "This page is not responding" when trying to add a citation. It occurs when I click on "source"
If I wait say 15 to 20 seconds, the page usually recovers.
I have been using TP since Oct 2004. I have been complaining about the difficulty in assigning source citations for weeks. I have two computers, both Dell, fairly new, Intel processors, Windows 10 with all updates, cache cleared regularly, etc. BOTH computers experience long delays in trying to assign sources. When the source is clicked and the list of available sources appear, the list "freezes" for about 15 to 20 seconds. In some cases the message "This page is not responding" will appear.
As of now, I do not see any reason to renew my subscription when it expires !!!
