No response from TribalPages contactform

I have attempted to reach out to this company three times via the contact form. I upgraded our family site on Cyber Monday, but still do not have access to backup my site via GEDCOM. Does anyone have another way to get this company's attention?

I plan to have the charges reversed on my card on Friday if I have still not received contact.

The issue you are having is due you are the Administrator instead of Owner of the Family Tree. Administrators do not have the same authority as owners. While they can add, delete or modify content in the Family Tree they cannot send out invitations or download GEDCOM files. Only the Owner has those privileges.

We have made you the Owner. You should now be able to perform these tasks. Sorry for the delay in our response.

Help, please. The 'notes' information on one of my ancestors mysteriously disappeared. Can you tell me if it can be found somewhere in your archives? I have emailed you 3 times with no response.
