I have an Android and have found the app in Google Store. I have uninstalled and reinstalled today.

My app is not working properly though. When I log in I have two trees I have access to. Mine and my cousins. I can open my cousin's tree but nothing happens when I try to open my tree. I think my cousin's is no longer active and I am not sure she is continuing her subscription. I have sent a note to TP help asking if there is a way to disconnect her tree from my account. Somehow being associated with her tree is disabling my tree on the mobile app.
